Restricted Hours on the Arcade Stage

Mark Astronaut has been writing songs for so long now that to sing a fair number of them he currently has to play in three different bands, but status as a local music figurehead doesn’t stop one wag heckling for Mark to take his shirt off. This gives the feeling of a party to the set by Restricted Hours on the tiny Arcade stage, despite the serious tone of their sound. Arrestingly, they use electric guitar as a backing to acoustic lead. It’s too edgy for the effects-pedalled backing to be called "ambient", just like the ironic humour of the lyrics doesn’t lessen their political message. They’ll later terrorize those suckered in by their outside show with fifteen minutes of shouting intensity.
